Huh? It links to an entire page for me. I just assumed it was another overly broad question of the form

"how do you make it look like everything at this link even though they're all different?"

I think the way you suggest is possibly the best suggestion I've ever seen for anyone who wants to avoid really dissecting things. It's good, because it might take them to a result they actually like. I break things down into pieces, and it's hard to give someone a really good overview of the thought process without many in depth examples.

There is no retouching, just basic curves. I already described it before, here is a picture.

Tulak made your photo look like one from the gallery. Presumably just using curves. Isn't that obvious?

That's reasonable. It's just these questions are usually about how to turn the general style of a particular photographer or publication into something repeatable that can be applied to any image. At least that's what I think they're really asking.

You linked an entire gallery. The photos in that gallery differ quite a bit. That is why I talk about overall strategies, because there is no set of instructions that will reduce this to a simple set of steps. If that was the case, I would write a script to do it without input. If you can't evaluate the success of your intermediate results yet relative to your goal, you need to start with something much much simpler. As it is, you're asking the same question again and again phrased in slightly different manners.

I should check his posts first. Didn't know he was asking the same question over and over.

To OP. There is only one answer for all your posts. Learn how to read histogram. And of course output 200% depends on input.

Any photo can be made like his. You just need to remove everything he doesn't have and add everything he has.

My tip was just a starting point. A few adjustment layers are required to achieve the final outcome. Blend-if is crucial for fine-tuning.
