The art of the subtle retouch

You know how it is. We've got our fantastic image editing program. We're learning new skills everyday and we get excited about doing a retouch. Using our newly discovered techniques we have the POWER to transform. Remove a 'few' wrinkles, smooth out the blotchy skin, trim those Groucho Marx eyebrows, make someone an Atkins diet success story. And as beginners, it is all so easy to overdo it and the transformation doesn't look natural.

Well, I'm on that learning curve of making the transformation look subtle and natural.
