Bizarre Photo Retouching Question

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum, and am hoping for some advice.
I have a new client who I'm desiging a cd package for which is going to be image heavy(mostly pics of himself)
So, in one of the photos he has his shirt off, and asked if I could 'enhance' his stomach muscles. Does anyone know of a filter/tool in Photoshop that I could use to achieve this? Thanks!

Does this client actually have stomach muscles for you to enhance or is he basically asking you to invent some? If the former, I would be inclined to do that using something like an Overlay layer and painting on the Overlay layer with black and white at very low opacity to add shading and highlights.

Yes he does already have muscles. He just wants to make them look better.

Then I would try the Overlay layer approach. If you can post just the abdominal section of the photo (to protect client privacy ) then we could give you more specific advice.
