We're getting off to a "fast start" -- SwampDonkey and Gary both submitting images early!

We may have a cooling spell for a few days, and I may stick my nose (and my camera lens) outside....or I may find some reflections indoors where it's cooler.

My thanks to those voting for my entry, and my apologies to CJ and everyone else who competed or contributed to the contest for my failure to vote.

I can only say that life has been a little hectic for me lately and the contest somehow slipped my mind.

I won't go into details, and in any case it's no excuse for neglecting things here, I should have voted.

My congratulations to EJK for an excellent winning entry, look forward to the next contest (I've tied a knot in my hanky, and more importantly added a memo to my computer diary to remind me to vote).

Seeing so few entries to begin with, I'd hate to cut them down even more.

Like me you need to get an on screen Calendar, then set it to give you a few prompts. It worked in getting me to remember to vote in the October contest.
