If it was purchased at Wal Mart, you should have no difficulty in bringing it back for a full refund, given it's condition!

Re: Wal-Mart has really awesome camera lenses!

hi,
Well first , like previously mentioned, Walmart will replace that with no problems.... they have a good return policy...

package itself looks like it tip you off..

myself it not that surprising... I have seen that happen man times over the years with big companies.. like raytheon or RCA or dell, etc.....

just recently on another board, a person ordered a new (not refurbish) dell pc and when it arrived it didn't work, with a few phone calls she got info a mistake was done in the shipping department and a return dell that should have gone to the refurbish department to be checked and repaired, instead was re routed to her.. smiling.. boy was she upset.. lol..

and i can give scores of personall stories about raytheon/RCA and my own company parts/shipping department.. nothing worse than getting back a 5000 dollar part that you sent to be repaired and you get it back in the same package you sent it in, and it unrepaired! .. grr... lol..

All i am saying your not alone.. it happens....
