Cool Photography legal question

Hello!

When say hairstylist get a photo shoot by a photographer, do they need their permission to post the images on a website, or would it just be OK to give credit to the photographer?

Re: Photography legal question

Yes, the stylist and the hair&makeup and the retoucher and all others need the permission of the photographer to publish the photographs.
Be shure the model gave his/her permission also.
The same for retouchers - especially showing before/afters.

In case it was a job, you have to get the permission of the client.
In most cases you also have to wait until the work is published.
Otherwise you really could get yourself into trouble.
