.RAF to .Tiff convertion

Does anyone know how to convert RAF files (Fuji) to Tiff?

I have a Mac OS X 10.3.9 computer and Photoshop CS installed in it...

I know that I can install a plugin for photoshop but I need and old version because of my OS in computer... I guess

I think you have at least two options - upgrade your CS Camera Raw plug-in to version 2.4 and/or install the Adobe DNG plug-in (The Digital Negative (DNG), a publicly available archival format for the raw files generated by digital cameras).

Unless you bought your camera second-hand, it will have come with some basic software for converting, although possibly not to tiff.
