Her name is "Sheikha", in our terms Sheikha means like a female president or a ruler, i think many of you heard the word "Sheikh" in arab world.

All the shots are no pp [maybe #1, very minimal] but all the shots the skin is untouched or not retouched at all.

Beautiful shots of a beautiful little girl. You lighting is very well done. It is obvious that she enjoys posing. I do have one question. Why did you feel the need to put lipstick on such an already beautiful child?

Yes, many people asked me same question that why i use Make-up on my children, to be honest make up will make them more beautiful than normal, and second they watch some models photos on magazine or on TV when i watch them and then they ask their mom to put make-up, so my wife never say no, i have photos with and without make-up or lipstick anyway, i like them both, but with make-up they look more mature or older than their real age, they use this make-up always when they go to a wedding parties.

Trust me, don't rush it. They grow up fast enough as it is. Nice shots of both daughters.

She certainly is beautiful. I do like the lip gloss and her skin is...flawless! #5 looks like there's a story in there somewhere...what an expression on her face!

Tareq, what are you using for lighting? I only see one light in her eyes. Have you done similar shots with a lighter background or a hair light?

Thank you very much!

The story simply is that her mom [my wife] telling her to leave everything what in her hands on the floor, so my daughter looked at her mom and show her her hands with only holding a bottle of water, nothing else.

I was using only one light with beauty dish for the main, and another light on Octobox from behind for kicker, nothing else.

I have another shots with lighter background, but seems you didn't saw them as i posted few here or on POTN, i posted many studio shots of my daughters.

And to be honest, 90% of my studio shots are without hair light because i don't know what to use for hair light and where to place it for it, so i don't confuse myself and ignore it.

Your kicker is lighting her hair some! I would pull it back further to separate her from the dark background.
