Photos like this one I consider an "event" because of the planning, cost, and number of others who help pull it all off. How many I wonder were retouched and to what degree? What % would you consider is the photographer vs the retoucher? Should the retoucher, if not the photographer get some credit? If they have...I just haven't found it so far.
