| panoramas I notice in galleries that landscapes are often 10x32, 16x47. Is this the typical aspect ratio for panoramic prints? |

| Re: panoramas There is really no appropriate ratio for panoramic prints. It depends of the subject being photographed and how much of it is photographed. Having said that, the dimensions that you listed seem to indicate a 1:3 ratio better known in classic art as the "double golden rectangle" ratio which is based on "the golden ratio" art rule: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_ratio |
