Re: Photographed TODAY (or Processed today) con't

Last one shot and processed today,
i came across a cute little Gecko in the garden. It was quite still so i rushed inside to grab my 105mmVR.
This is actually the first 'macro' shot from this lens as i've had to crop and use a 24x70mm for every previous close up.
Thie lens is phenomenal, i love the IQ and sharpness and the bokeh is very smooth.

regards,
Gary

Gary-he doesn't look so cute from this angle. I'd hate to be a bug and see that mouth coming at me. Can't wait to see more macros.

Ha ha,
thanks Sharynideas, my mum doesn't understand the concept of macro and when she saw the image she thought it was much bigger in real life similar to a 'crocodile' lol

Gary, wonderful blue skies (and water), and cute "monster" gecko.
That beautiful marina looks like a wonderful place to spend some time, especially if you're on a boat.

I really like this, Palms. It's a great idea. (I was going to say novel idea, but since its a book about hit records, I guess that doesn't apply)

"Snow Angel"

I happened across this in my yard when I was taking frost pictures (it was -16 degrees F.) I don't know what caused the bird to land in the snow like this. No feathers or blood or any signs of trauma or any predator prints around and the bird apparently flew off after making the snow angel. Not a technically good photograph, but I thought it was an interesting subject.
