Re: January 2010 Photo Competition: Entries Shot this today. Light was the focus of this shot, if not necessarily the theme, so I thought it would be acceptable for this month's competition. It was shot with a single spotlight over head, ISO 400, F/4, 1/30th of a second. I shot it at 70 mm with a 70-200 F/2.8 fixed. Last edited by AFrazier; 01-06-2010 at 07:10 AM. Reason: Simplified Image - Sorry for any problems.

Re: January 2010 Photo Competition: Entries Gasp, choke, choke, I actually got my camera out and took a few pictures the other day. A bunch of us went on a photographer's tour in a cave. Talk about painting with light. Here you go. Janet This is only about 70kb. If I get time, I'll do another one for a better post. In the meantime, I hope you can see it ok. F-11, ISO 400, 8 seconds, lighting: strobe plus cave light. Last edited by Janet Petty; 01-27-2010 at 07:49 AM.

Re: January 2010 Photo Competition: Entries I'm changing my entry, I took this last week with the challenge in mind. I used a 50mm 2.8 lens that I have to manually focus because it wont to auto on my camera. This turned out to be harder that I thought - so I have been practicing. I did some post processing, but just with the color. Last edited by CathyH; 01-25-2010 at 06:05 AM.
