how to achieve this light setup

hello all
i need to know how to acheive this llight setup
plz provide diagram

That's the typical 3 light setup 2 lights at 90 degrees of the subject at each side, and a front light (in this case positioned higher than the subject looking down)...

How is this a retouch question?

Maybe not a retouch question...but the question was indeed posted in the photography section of the RetouchPro forums!
