Post-Processing Reverse Engineering

Hi all, I am a photographer but a noob at intensive post-processing because I normally do 99% of post in Lightroom. Here I have two images from a group called Our Labor of Love, and I would like to know what exactly the post-processing they have done to come up with their signature look and feel for all their shots. Thank you. Michael
