DVD Menu in Elements 2.0

Is there a way to create a DVD Menu with buttons, etc. in Elements 2.0 that will work in Adobe Encore DVD 1.5?

What about layer sets? Is there anyway to do them in Elements 2.0?

I don't think E2 has anything for menus, but E3 has a creation option called VCD with Menus and specifies it's viewable on DVD players.

Layer sets aren't native, but perhaps Richard has a hack.
