Navigator is Missing

Navigator doesn't not appear in the Pallet window. I have tried reset.

What do I do?

By the way I used Elements 4 to create my Israel Vacation album:

Under the "Window" menu make sure "Navigator" is selected. Or select "Default Workspace" from "Window\Workspace". Either of these should work.

Thanks alot. It worked. But it didn't dock in the pallet window.
