Camera Raw Plug-in for PE3 & Mac os 10.3?

Is there a Camera Raw plug-in available for my PE3 and if so where should I get it? I have a Mac G4 w/ a 466MHz processor and OS 10.3, soon to upgrade to 10.4.
I'm new to RAW Capture and would be grateful for any advice as to what I need in relation to what I already have. I'm making the transition from film to digital and will be using a Nikon D200.

I don't think PE3 can deal with Camera Raw and I don't know if there is a 3rd party plug in. CR comes as part of all current versions of Photoshop. I think it was added with CS2.

I installed Elements 3 not long ago and made no changes to it...and I can open RAW images. I don't think I added anything...checking the Plugins, Camera RAW is in the Plugins folder and dated the same as all the other plugins, so it must install with the program.

Perhaps you are having trouble with a file format that was as of that version not supported as it didn't exist?

Actually Camera RAW was released with 7.0.1 which was prior to even Photoshop CS. CS (Photoshop 8) included the plugin.

Hi:I’ve been using PE 5 for little over a year mainly for retouching and for some strange reason several times I lost the ability to load raw from my Nikon D80. I would have to remove and reinstall the program and also the plug-in. Now I can load raw images, however, when I try to “save as” that function does not work. I tried everything I know, which is not much, to no avail. Any suggestions. Also what do you think about light room? Is it worth the money?
