Camera Raw Plug-in for PE3 & Mac os 10.3?

Is there a Camera Raw plug-in available for my PE3 and if so where should I get it? I have a Mac G4 w/ a 466MHz processor and OS 10.3, soon to upgrade to 10.4.
I'm new to RAW Capture and would be grateful for any advice as to what I need in relation to what I already have. I'm making the transition from film to digital and will be using a Nikon D200.

I installed Elements 3 not long ago and made no changes to it...and I can open RAW images. I don't think I added anything...checking the Plugins, Camera RAW is in the Plugins folder and dated the same as all the other plugins, so it must install with the program.

Perhaps you are having trouble with a file format that was as of that version not supported as it didn't exist?

Since my original post I've upgraded my OS to 10.4.6 and begun shooting with a Nikon D200. At first I was able to open my raw files in PSE3 but began experiencing problems else-ware with my computer. I did a clean install of my OS and wham, no Raw processing.
I get a message "Could not complete command because it is not the right kind of file."
I've tried to upgrade the RAW converter from ver.2.3 to ver, 3.6 and also downloaded Adobe's DNG converter to no avail!
I have 376M of ram. I know this is low and I need considerably more but I had RAW processing to start with????
From what I read PSE3 should be compatible with my D200.
Is my computer just too old?
Any insight you could provide might keep me from pulling out any hair I have left!

The 3.6 update to ACR should work with the D200. Make sure you have installed it properly.
