GrowCut on PSE 6.0 Installation problem

Has anyone used GrowCut 2.0 to remove backgrounds? Is it worth giving a try?

I installed it on PSE6.0 (Win XP), it does not show up on my Filter list. What am I doing wrong?

I see that is has been over ten day's and no response. I am sure no one has any thoughts on growcut, I have never heard of it,but will check it out later.

As far as installing: Is it made for elements, Photoshop, or any photo editing program. Elements needs to have everything in the right folder. what is the File extension?

I don't use plugins. You want to learn to do your own custom masking and a plug-in might try to make it easier, but ultimately every on e I've used also requires touch-up -- which you'd be doing the manual way.
