PSE Mac, lost actions? HELP

I have PSE for my Mac, have had some actions in there for over a year, added more and for some reason they are on my hard drive but not in my photoshop program??? HELP

Have you loaded them into photoshop?

Yes they were loaded, I had a few I had already used so I knew they were there.
