| Handy skin and hair charts Hi Everyone, Brand new to this site. Was directed here by an article in this months PSE Techniques on Hand-Tinting a Black and White Photo by Diana Day. Although, I am new to this site, I have done some retouching on my photos and was interested in the referral she gave to a link on this site for skin tones.
