Bud Guinn's Mitered Frame Actions Bug?

Is anyone using Bud's mitered frames acitons in PSE2 for Mac? If I used anything but the default 100 pixels for the frame size, the top and bottom of the frame is not right. Specifically, the grain of the wood does not run parallel to the edge of the image. The outer 100 pixles is ok, but the inner part of the frame (on the top and botton only) has the grain running perpendicular to the edge of the image.

Anyone else run into this and know how to fix it?
