Free DVD Templates for Elements Users

I've created a set of 8 pre-designed DVD Case Inserts Templates if anyone here would find them useful... These templates will work with PE v2 & v3 on both the PC and MAC....

The folder in the zip file needs to go into the following folder... Mac users your directory will likely look slightly different?...

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 3.0\Previews\Effects

Delete the files in the Effects Cache....

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 3.0\Previews\Cache\Effects Cache

On the new start of Elements it will rebuild the Cache and include the new folder and templates in it...

You can then access the Templates thru the Effects Pallete in Elements...

I'm not sure how to use these. The zip file didn't have a folder in it, only files so I put them all in
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 3.0\Previews\Effects

I deleted the cache and restarted Elements but how do I get started using the templates? I have an image I want to use for the entire DVD case (wrap).

I have downloaded the file DVD insert Template.zip
but I get a message " Decompression failled " ?
I don't remember having this message with .zip files before !
running iMac G4 v OS X 10.4.9
