photoshop custom shapes

does anyone know how to define a custom shape in photoshop?

i have CS.

You can make a custom shape in Photoshop CS either by pasting in a path from Illustrator or using the pen tool in Photoshop to create your own path or paths that form a closed shape.

With the path highlighted in the paths pallette, go to the EDIT menu and select DEFINE CUSTOM SHAPE.

That's all there is to it.
