Photoshop Help Menu

Good Morning:
I wanted to find out some information on a copy paste shortcut for Photoshop . I go to the Help on top of screen and click on it and nothing happens. I also try F1 and it just does not open. Can someone please help me figure out why this is happening? Thanks Neb

Cool Shortcuts

Im not completely sure what you specifically want to do, as far as copy/paste, but there are keyboard shortcuts...
copy (Ctrl+c), cut (Ctrl+x), paste (Ctrl+v)...use the beanie key for macintosh...
another thing I find useful is this.. if I make a selection, then copy, then open a new blank document, Photoshop automatically sets the new document the same size as my copied selection size!

Hi NebGranny !

Something that happened to me sometime ago --before I realized what was wrong-- is that if you have kept the help screen minimized (you know by clicking on the minus "-" symbol in the right top corner) during a previous Photoshop session and closed the program.

Next time, in a new session, it will remember the settings and your help window will be opened but minimized.

So if this is the case, check on the task bar at the bottom of your browser and if you see the Photoshop help window right-click it and select maximize window. Hope this is the problem as it is easy to fix

Best regards - Martha
