| | | layermask in cs2 Hi Guys.
I'm looking for some help,after i've cleanup my computer(format)i've reinstall photoshop cs2,when i wanted to work on an image an use layer mask it does not work any more,i've install the latest update aswell,but still it does not work.any help please.

| | | Re: layermask in cs2 Hope this helps. Sometimes, when I'm working on different layers with masks, all of a sudden, neither the 'black nor white' are usable for masking. The 1st time this happened to me, I couldn't figure out what the heck I had done. Anyway, I still don't know why it happens, but what I found was that if I click on 'channel' in the layers palette, the 'mask' will be unchecked. So, I checkmarked it, went back to my main layers, and for some reason have to click on the 'eye' (even though it's there and the layer is highlighted) and then I can get back to adjusting the mask.

It's very strange,i can't even paint with my brushes,i try to paint on a white back ground it does not work,i really don't know what's happening here.

| | | Re: layermask in cs2 No Doug,the layers don't work,i was trying out Fotoframepro3 and they showing a tutorial about what is new and i was trying to do the same and i saw for the first time that mine brushes/layermask was not reacting on paintings,black with white.
