When I go here it is not Highlighted so I cant click it.
Difference Clouds/ Lighting effect are not highlighted aswell.
I had the layer with the Eye in it and highlighted.

Are you in lab mode? If you are switch to rgb mode.

| | | Re: Photoshopcs2 No Cloud options Frogger, you should not be selecting anything. Filter>Render>Difference Clouds works on the whole layer in this case. There is nothing to select. Also after you apply this once, all you need to do is enter Ctrl+F five more times -that is the keyboard shortcut to apply the last filter again.

When you click on filter, is the last filter, artistic, brush strokes, sketch, texture grayed out?

| | | Re: Photoshopcs2 No Cloud options Frogger, it looks to me like you are working on the background layer. Duplicate it and work on the copy instead and see if that solves the problem. |

| | | Re: Photoshopcs2 No Cloud options Frogger, I see your problem. You are using Photoshop CS2 and your image is in 16 bit! Render Difference Clouds will work on a 16 bit image only in CS3 or later. It will not work in CS2. You will need to convert the image to 8 bit.
