| Re: need action (Photoshop) I don't know what kind of cartoon you want, but in the comic books they are printed with a half tone pattern. So that's what I did to mine. Here's what I did.... 1. Duplicate Background 2. On Dupe, run Artistic, Cut Out 3. Resize your image to 200 PPI 4. Duplicate the Cut Out layer. 5. Resize image to 200 PPI (Constrain) 6 On Dup of Cut out Run Sketch-Half Tone (my settings 3,5 Dot) 7 Set the dot layer blend mode to Soft Light 8 Resize back to 72 PPI
