Just to confirm i have had it happen in ps7 too (windows me) ,and came to the conclusion it was file size But i havent had it happen yet while running vista ?

Palms, doesn't seem to matter which operating system or computer. Folks are getting the crash on Macs and PCs. I've seen folks using PS 7 to PSCS3 getting the crash so the problem lies in Photoshop and the way it handles some pixel dimensions.

I feel left out now just tried to make it crash and it wouldn't. oh well i should be grateful it used to annoy me
