Where to save keyboard shortcuts file?

OK so I just installed CS4 but it seems there are no keyboard shortcut presets saved. I have downloaded the file for this but where do I save it in? I cant seemtofind any folder for it in presets. Im using a mac btw.

edit update
I can't even find anywhere on the net to download these aside from some photography site. I saved the file in a folder called keyboard shortcuts in presets which I had to create, loaded up CS4 and tried to selectit but it didnt do anything.

When I go into edit/keyboard shortcuts and load up a new set the keyboard shortcut is sort of greyed out but the name appears on the top. Then do I click save?

Whats wrong?
