Quick selection tool cant work sometimes

When im using quick selection tool its not working sometimes. Photoshop tell me Error cannot use it because of internal error. Do somebody have some clu? Thank you

Now probably can't help you much but it would other people a lot for you to give a few more details...
in all cases, regardles of software, when there a problem with a piece of software.. giving details about your system stats (pc/operating system, ram, speed, etc... become very important....

giving a few more details i am sure you'll get more replies that are pertainent to your version..

just in general, i found.. disabling needless startup programs and defragging cures a lot of ill's especially with intermittant problems.. and hopefully maybe this is in your case

Thank you Jerryb my config is Core2Quad 9500 2,53ghz, 4GB ram, Vista 32bits
