photoshop banner titrate problem

photoshop banner titrate problem

Hi,

I am new on this forum and also in using photoshop.
I have one major problem... every time when i create animated banner, when i save it and try to look how does it look it always titrate (vibrate) on its edges.
To be precise what is my problem I have attached the banner I just created and you can see on its edges littel vibrations that i don't know how to avoid.
Pls if anyone can tell me, but with more detailed expanation, what I need to do to avoid this vibrations on the edges of banner.

I forget to tell... this only happens when I opens it with windows picture and fax viewer!

Your gif has 36 frames & its size is 250x120
And could have 3 frames & size 150x120
