| oval border - rectangular field Hi all, I've done it before but dont remember. I have a photo that is an 8 sided oval with rounded corners, I've isolated the photo, now I want to create a thin border of red around it ( like a key line ) and the finish the rest of the out side as a black rectangle. I've attached a sample of how far I've gotten. Just need the last steps. Thanks in advance. AL |

| Re: oval border - rectangular field Select the 8-sided oval, Layer>new>via copy Edit>stroke for the oval, the stroke will outline the photo, as you wanted. Fill the bottom layer w/ black then Merge down. If you've "isolated the photo" you're real close to finishing...good luck! |
