Change metadata, date created

Hi, just got back from vacation and when I downloaded the images part of them are reporting the wrong date. The camera lost the date information and went back to 1999. Is there any way in PhotoShop CS to change the metadata to the right date or any EXIF editors out there that will do it in a batch job.

Photoshop doesn't have built-in functionality to alter EXIF data, but one of the following programs should be able to do the job:

* Exifer

EXIF data management and manipulation; repopulate EXIF data lost via Save for Web.

* ExifUtils
