Script to take layer comps to files but with ability to change size of file

Is there one around or is it easy to take the layer comps to files script and add options for image size like in save for web. I would like to export all the comps to a lower quality jpg (can do that now) but reduce image size as well.

Not sure if I got you......
Do you mean like making a "list" of thumbnails, instead of just writing the names of the layers?
