Scripts on web pages

I could be mistaken (I'm still early on the learning curve) but I believe this page demonstrates how to run a vb Photoshop script via an HTML page:

http://www.wyktor.com/tips/scripting/

This could be very handy when combined with PScs's new help editor.

It also makes me wonder if PS scripts can run over the web?
