| Easy Peach Cobbler Recipe 1 stick butter or margarine 1 cup sugar 1 cup self rising flour 1 cup milk (1/2 cup if you use can peaches and their juice) 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon almond extract 29 oz can sliced peaches 1. preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 if oven runs hot) 2. Melt butter or marg in 7" x 11" x 1/12" pan 3. Mix sugar and flour together, stir in milk 4. Mix lemon juice and flavoring with peaches 5. Pour sugar mixture into pan 6. Pour peaches on top of sugar mixture 7. Cook 45 min Yummy, yummy and so easy to make! |
