Doug...I really like what you are doing, but I do hope the schedule and the flexibility of the schedule will improve. You send out a message I receive on the 12th of a rebroadcast on the 13th. Not much advanced notice. Again, I've got other commitments and will miss again. It does apprear that the first broadcast was captured, so I'm sure there is a way, like other training sites, to allow viewing at any time via a password. Even if just for a week so we have some flexibility for viewing. Is this possible?

Ticket sales link closes at 5PM CDT (an hour before showtime), but registrations will continue to be processed for 30 minutes after that.

So make sure you click on the little blue button in the confirmation email before 5:30 CDT (half-hour before showtime).

ahh. missed it. i was planning to pay and watch but didn't realize ticket sales ended an hour before the event. Just went to pay and realized ticket sales are closed.

I like what you're doing though with these training sessions. I look forward to the next one.

Would have been great to see "that registration ends an hour before the broadcast", I cut an appointment short to watch this only to be met with registration close 45 minutes prior.
Maybe you could include that important tidbit next time.

Be happy that you see it! You are ungrateful... money money money! How about... LEARNING?!
If you complain for $10US... how about thousand of $$$ for learning this stuff?

Well, apparently by not locating the response email in time (out of all the addies I have, it went to one I never use, into a folder I set up as a secondary spam filter), I am not going to get another response to my registration in time to watch any of the event. :-/ If the Powers That Be would like to take pity on a dork and let me get my $10 back, that'd be great, but I'll leave that up to them.

As a suggestion, it would be nice if next time you'd send out the notification about such events more than one day ahead of time -- that way I could sign up earlier and at least have had more time to search.

Thank you Chris and Doug, I really enjoyed the broadcast and was happy to catch it 2nd time around. Please keep doing these, as a retoucher who generally works alone it's great to be able to "look over the shoulder" of another retoucher and learn new techniques.

Did anyone else on this rebroadcast have a hard time hearing Chris? I had the volume turned up all the way on my computer and thru GoToMeeting and still couldn't hear him. I really had to concentrate to get about every 3rd word. I was using a headset for the session and have used it before without this problem. I kept trying to find something on the internet that would give me a clue how to resolve this, but apparently it isn't in my control. ???
