Paid my money for the webinar but didn't get the show. Yes, JAVA was enabled, webinar cookies present, called 800 number and they were curt. How do I get a refund? Actually, keep the ten dollars -- just give me back three hours of my life!

Send me an email that includes the phone number you used to call the 800 number. I'll trace it to the tech that was curt and file a complaint. And I'll issue a refund, of course. dnelson AT this domain.

I called the 800 number for the United States at approximately 9:30 pm EST ; 800-263-6317. The tech said I should try Safari instead of Firefox -- I did both, logged in two different ways on each browser -- checked my cookies and JAVA settings before talking to tech support. The tech said, "You have JAVA issues" and by the tone of his voice that indicated our session was over. I'm disappointed I missed the webinar -- I had planned my evening around it.
