Is there any way to buy the rebroadcast as a file?

I watched my first webinar with you at my studio and for some reason, the audio wouldn't play through our system (it's a MOTU audio interface with amp driving Mackie Studio Monitors). But would only play using headphones directly into the G5 (OS X 10.5.8) - not the best experience (next time I'll bring my laptop along as well). The webinar's are great, but it would be so much better if we could also buy the file to study on our own time and refer to.

One day I'll be able to offer streaming, DVDs, etc., but in these early days there just isn't enough volume to pay for it.

There's a tollfree 24/7 tech support number over at gotowebinar.com, and they've asked me to send any and everyone that has any issues at all to them (but don't email them, they're great on the phone but not so much via email).

This is probably a cheeky question to ask but is there any sort of web ripping software we can use to record it?

I would like to echo an interest in purchasing a download of the videos. Most of the presentations seem to occur at times when I am working or have other priorities. Will Crockett has just started a new venture with live webinairs where downloads of the videos are available to purchase after the live presentation. It would be great to have the same model here.

Doug can you comment on what if anything is being done to address this growing demand? The usual answer seems to be sorry we can't do it just yet but it would be good to at least hear either way if you are or are not actively seeking a way to support this.

I appreciate that he is working on the issue. It would certainly help me. Apparently, it is a frustrating process, which is unfortunate. I guess it's just another example of the old adage, "no good deed goes unpunished."

Anytime is a good time to ask me a new question. But frankly, people that don't take the time to read the FAQ or previous threads and ask questions as if no one (especially me) has ever thought of such a thing before can get a bit wearying.

Imagine yourself in the situation of spending hundreds of hours researching, climbing learning curves, conference calls with engineers and salespeople, hitting one brick wall after another, the phone ringing all day long with "Doug, this is Bill from XYZstream.com, have you thought any more about our offer, at only $12,000 it's the best you'll find"...And then someone from my own forum, my haven from the world, says "so Doug, are you actually DOING anything about this?".

Pardon me if I get a bit sharp.
