No! As I said in the webinar, it's really important that you do it yourself so you understand how it works. We talked about how some Photoshop books are like cookbooks - if I gave you the action it would be the equivalent of handing you a TV dinner.

Another hit show. It blows my mind how quickly the image is transformed. Watching someone manipulate lights and shadows to create realism is amazing.

I couldn't help but notice the HUGE file size being worked on--over one gig. No wonder everything, when sized down, looks so very real.

YAY..... hopefully the third time is the charm... I was so disappointed when I realized I wasn't going to make it back in time. I LOVED the halloween episode, even though my computer crashed in the middle of it and I missed about 15 minutes of it. Sure would like to know exactly how he put the shadow under the skeleton, but at least I got to see most of that one. He is my FAVORITE presenter!

Way to go Steve! In the US my friends call giving out actions or such, as spoon feeding. I have been using PS since 2.0 and I learn new stuff everyday.
Everyone needs to have the ambition to learn as much as they can on their own. In the case of photoshop you can't learn anything pushing an action or buying an effect.

I received your latest book yesterday and read it last night till I fell asleep. I missed a large portion of the Snow tutorial I got the snow and the icicles but missed the snow following and on the ground. Do you use something along the line of making rain for the snow falling part of the image? Also I need more info on the snow on the ground, is it in the book? I didn't see it.

Good for you, Malcolm! It makes me cold just looking at your added snow and sleet. The light looks warm enough to warm my hands for a bit. I haven't even tried any of Steve's work yet. I purchased his book and need some spare time to sit and read and practice -- book looks very specific and helpful.
