Many audio problems, but not going to complain about it. It's nice to be able to watch these videos. My only complaint is that I wish there was more explanation into how Chris was working his channels. This seemed to be rushed a bit.

Hello. I'm new here. I have learned a great deal from today's webinar but was lost in one section near the end.
Is it possible for someone to explain the sharpened luminosity mask technique that Chris did? I didn't fully understand it from the point of selecting the luminosity in channels panel until the point where both the image and the mask were sharpened.
If it's too much to explain, is there a tutorial explaining it? Thanks in advance.

There isn't two sharpenings happening.
First load the Luminosity mask.
Then while the selection is active, sharpen the layer.
Then create a layer mask from the active selection.
Once that is created go ahead and apply the mask to the layer.
