unavailable in France

Rental Videos are unavailable in France ('in your country'), this is the message posted by YOUTUBE when I tried to rent one of them... there's an other way to look at them (besides the streaming video)?

As I explained in my initial post, the rentals program is still in beta. Once the beta is over, the shows will be viewable worldwide.

I was really confident when Doug wrote to all of us:
'As for the first-most common request, YouTube has added a new option
for me to approve non-US countries for rentals, but they haven't
populated it yet (ie: it's blank). But it does mean this will be
coming soon!'
One month later I'm still really confident, but I wish to urge YouTube to give us the chance to be at the same starting point of the competition as the Americans!
