Christmas Card with Steve Caplin

Hello,

Many thanks Doug Nelson for this wonderful rebroadcast...

Sometimes Steve Caplin went to fast... and to be honest... I could not follow for instance...

- the windows selection to remove the bluish (curves adj)...
- and how to add light to them... (I've missed some details)

I've clicked on mask to select all the windows and added an adj. layer (levels) :
I've played with the middtones...
I've problem with this part !

Could someone help me figure this out ?

Select Reds and Greens in the levels adjustment and lower their midtones (move to the left).

And what about the "glow layer" ? SC went to fast... !!!!!!

- New layer > hardlight mode > fill with gray ?
- Outer glow

Am I right ?

It's ok... I've found...

For those who would be interested in...

New layer called "Glow" (or else) > hard light blend mode > fill with grey...
Select all the windows > style effects (glow layer) play with the slider...
Invert the selection > delete...

That's it !
