There might be a problem subscribing to videos

I went to the rental link, attempting to rent RetouchPRO LIVE with Amy Dresser - 12/01/10 "Redhead" - I already subscribed to the rebroadcast but due to the storm today, we lost power for over 2 hours, got to watch the first 5 minutes only - I liked a lot what I heard the first 5 minutes that I really want to watch it.

Anyway, even though I rented shows before, I don't see "purchase" button, Instead, I get:
"Download Link Disabled : Missing "t" argument in "flashvars" (Flashblock ?)"

I clicked the "subscribe" button, but I don't know what it does. Eh, looks like it is not my day. I am using Firefox on Win 7 Pro.

Thanks

Wow, that's a new one...

Have you tried another browser?

"Subscribe" just means you'll get a notice in your YouTube inbox whenever I post a new show (could be a good thing or not, up to you).

Re: There might be a problem subscribing to videos

Yea, ok, it is fine on IE, I get this transparent panel in the center of the video with the yellow "sign in" button, yea, that is the one I used to get with Firefox previously. I don't know why it no longer appear under fox (Fox hasn't been foxy enough since 3.6.x upgrade though). I would not be surprised if it works fine with fox on other setups.

Thanks Doug, I thought I was never ever never going to be able to watch Amy, every thing today worked against me, heh, I am glad there is finally something nice about IE. Sorry, could not resist.

Yea, keep them coming those notices, it is a good thing.

Thanks

Re: There might be a problem subscribing to videos

FYI Doug,
I tried renting yesterday and today on YouTube via Firefox and it didn't work... I ended up renting via Safari. I think Firefox is out of commission for rentals...

This is why it's still in beta. I'll pass the info along.

Thanks for renting.
