Hi, just trying to rent two shows here in Germany. Sadly, all i see is the waiting "Wheel of lines" in the player bar.
Can someone confirm that the color restauration from ctein is either available or not?

First time i have difficulties with the rentals.

Max OS X 10.6, flash player up to date, using FireFox

Hi,

downloaded Chrome, but to no avail. Safari, FireFox, Chrome - the moment I finish the login the player remains in "loading mode" or whatever it is doing before actually playing the video.

Same thing with Beene's Apply Image show.

Is there some test site with a demo video to see if it is just me?

Perhaps go to flash.com and verify you have the latest version of Flash installed.

I actually got the same thing happening to me. I rented "color management" with Andrew Rodney and can´t get it to play. I´ve tried every possible set-up, chrome, firefox, safari, both windows and mac, nothing works. The support guys from dacast have been trying to find out what´s wrong for 2 days now, with no success. I´ve rented your shows before and they always worked perfectly fine. Weird...

I'm at a loss...if you can watch youtube videos you should be able to watch ours.

The last time someone had this problem it turned out they'd payed by eCheck, which unfortunately takes days to clear, but they have no way of blocking that option.

Hm, payed with paypal - and the corresponding affirmation emails came just a few seconds later.

I'll just try again later, but i fear it won't help

I still think that some test video would help, just to see if there are more than two people affected (and to avoid but-i-already-paid arguments).

I've notified DaCast with the email addresses of everyone with problems and they should be emailing you right now with what they need to sort this out.
