| Movies of redemption I'm in the mood for a good redemption movie, Shawshank or otherwise. You know, where someone does something bad, then more than makes up for it? Or something bad happens to someone, then they turn it around and it all works out great? Some good ones that come to mind: The African Queen (actually the movie that started me thinking about this) About a Boy Pursuit of Happyness Guinevere What are your redemption movie recommendations?

| Re: Movies of redemption Silent Hill is the only one that comes to mind right now. I'm trying to think of some kung fu movies about redemption, but these are usually more about revenge. Although, Shadow in Eagle's Claw might count because Jackie takes more than a few beatings in it.
