The mouseover thing is a great touch. I didn't even know it was possible with our tutorial system. How'd you do it?

It's just a few lines of javascript. Just replace the http://site.com/image.jpg parts with the URL for the images you want to use. I didn't make up the script, I probably found it via Google :)
Code:

<script language="JavaScript">
img1 = new Image();
img1.src = "http://site.com/image1.jpg";
img2 = new Image();
img2.src = "http://site.com/image2.jpg";
function domSwap(){
theImg=document.getElementById("myImage");
theImg.setAttribute("src","http://site.com/image2.jpg");
}
function domSwapBack(){
theImg=document.getElementById("myImage");
theImg.setAttribute("src","http://site.com/image1.jpg");
}
</script>
<a href="#" onmouseover="domSwap()" onmouseout="domSwapBack()"><img src="http://site.com/image1.jpg" id="myImage" border="0"></a>

Re: celan skin

I found some method for this skin, is it correct ?

1 Clone stamp tool / healing brush - removing imperfection of skin ( crease, pimples...)

2 Improving clours

3 duplicate layer and use smudge tool for smoothing

4 reduce opaticy

5 Sharp one of the channels

First of all, that picture isn't done with dodge and burn but with the median filter or with blur i guess.. but definitely no dodge and burn (i know that for sure because i have spoken with the retoucher of it, Laura)

second: it is possible, and it will look way much better than what you get with blur/median, it also will look like it is real, only: it is allot of practising, and the tutorial of video sean is a great one, if you want more information about the dodge an burn technique just type in 'dodge and burn technique skin' in google and you will find allot information, also in this site there are plenty of treats about dodge an burn;)!

What did Laura say "median filter" or "with blur"?

I know she doesn't use the dodge and burn technique, she did know it was a technique but she hasn't used it before, and must learn it to. ( i had that talk with her after she had post that picture) and since she has on her deviant art a tutorial doing skin were she says she use median, it must be median because in a threat here she says she don't use blur;)! and that pic doesn't look like there was used dodge and burn;)
