Quick Fix for Severe Colorcast

Your sample appears to be more color fading or staining (after the fact) than a true digital color cast that occurs when the shot it taken.

Below is a before and after that removed the blue color cast using my Blur->Average technique.

There are obviously other color and curves remaining to do on my "After" shot, but the blur technique did a pretty decent job of getting the cast out.

My "Blur->Average" technique was an adendum to this tutorial of Doug's as an alternative way to remove casts.
