Name That Tune...Help

I found an old cassette tape (recorded in the 80's). There are no song titles on the case. I'm wondering if anyone recognizes this song, and knows the artist and song title.

I can't say for certain, but it sounds a bit like the nuevo flamenco music Ottmar Liebert was doing back then.

I may be completely daft, but when I downloaded the clip and played it with the Dell Jukebox feature, it "assigned" the title JOSEP to the clip? I have no idea how that happened or if it ties in with the song, but thought it was worth a mention.

I "named" it JOSEP the first time I saved it, and renamed it before uploading here. I originally thought it was by Jose Feliciano, but my husband doesn't think so, and I can't find any indiction that it is him. Looks like the "p" is a typo (right above the "f" key).

I appreciate your help.

I found it, and it is by Jose Feliciano! The song is Cuidado.
